Well, I decided to unlock my diary because as of this morning, the majority of my family knows. My parents told my grandparents last night and they took it surprisingly well. They said they were happy for me. My parents also called my oldest uncle and my oldest aunt already knows. So now we have to tell my youngest aunt and my youngest uncle (also my godfather). We still have the entire side of my mom's family to tell, but none of them own a computer, let alone know how to work one. I'm just really glad that I won't feel as uncomfortable as I had anticipated on Sunday.
Sus isn't pregnant. She finally went to the gyno because she left school yesterday crying because her breasts hurt so badly. The gyno says she's just experiencing a back up of estrogen, which can happen when you're period doesn't show. So she gave her a 10 day prescription of Provera (sp?). It's supposed to bring on her period, which will stop all the pregnancy-like symptoms. If it doesn't come, then she'll basically become a medical test rat. It's over a month late. Kristen and I were both thinking she must be pregnant, we both are. I really hope this drug works because she has been constantly in pain.
O yeah, my parents also told my little brother about the baby this morning. He was like, "Six kids? But we already have enough!" He's gonna be 12 on 3/24. He's determined to babysit all the time and wants to know if we're taking the baby to camp. I told him not this season since the baby will only be a month old by the time the season ends.
So my next appointment is on Wed. I can't wait. I'm dying to hear its heartbeat. I'm dying to know if it's a boy or a girl! Mom says it could be a girl, but I really think it's a boy. Either way, I would be just as happy. I keep trying to find the heartbeat with the stethoscope, but it's still not working.
Well, I have to get in the shower in 15 minutes so I should end this. We're all going to CJ's indoor soccer game in the city tonight. Have a wonderful Saturday night!
