So, yes, it's a boy! I knew I was right. I assumed when Tom and I started dating that any kids we might have would be boys because of his genes. That was the main reason I thought this baby was a boy, but I also had this feeling. Something was just telling me this was a boy. I finally got to tell my mother off. :-) It was funny because she didn't want to believe it. I'm sorry, but there was absolutely no denying that the thing on the screen was a penis. So she finally broke down. Both the grammas were disappointed for a second because they thought it was a girl. They're over it now tho. ;-)
Tom was in a good mood because now we have proof. He was all smiles last night because he also got another car. A much nicer car that will last us a while and that our child can travel safely in. It's a black '91 Mazda. There is no rust!! It only needs minor repairs that will be taken care of this weekend. The guy he bought it from was a friend of J's so they talked him down to $300. The guy also offered to help them work on it. My father did look at the car and he approved it. O yeah, it's standard. Tom will definitely need to brush up on that. He'll be home soon. He's got the registration taken care of and the new plates so he'll be driving it tonight.
I'm so excited about this baby. I get more and more excited every day. The weeks have been passing quickly with school. Just to get through it I have to keep thinking about the next day. So forcing my way through school brings me closer to having this baby. I can't wait to see who he looks like, what kind of baby he'll be. I hope he has Tom's eyes and kissable mouth with my little nose. I'm so happy! I'm having a son!
