Sorry I haven't written! We unhooked the computer last Saturday when we cleaned out the computer room. Finally! Yes, we are starting to paint my son's room. Tom has the ceiling done. Now he has to do the walls {blue} and put up the Blue Jean Teddy border. He's off tomorrow and Monday so it should be done Monday night. Unfortunately I'll have to wait several days to see it since I am leaving very very early tomorrow morning for a week in Canada. I used to go every summer with my aunt and cousin, but then my cousin went to college and worked during the summer. So I haven't gone in 3 or 4 years and this will be my last vacation for a very long time!
My last child prep class was on Tuesday. We learned how to swaddle the baby {which I've known how to do since I was like 3 years old} and we bathed a plastic baby. It was so funny watching Tom. I've bathed babies before - of many different sizes too. So we're all done and we only have 9 weeks to go before we have our own little one!! Yay!
My next doctor's appointment is today. I'm meeting one of the other doctors who might have to deliver me. My little brother is coming in with me to hear the baby's heartbeat. He's the one who got mad at us when we had our first ultrasound. We came home and he said, "Where's the baby?!" LOL. I think after this my appointments will be every two weeks.
I'm sorry that you have to wait another week for an update, but I'm sure you'll live. Have a wonderful week and pray that I don't have a baby across the border...that would be bad... LOL. Ta!
