homecoming
Hey, it's been awhile! Mostly I've been trying to catch up on sleep. :-p Bryan is getting so big. I have newer pictures of him, but I still have to develop them since I don't have a digital camera. As of yesterday he weighs 9 lbs. 13 oz. They told me they like to see babies gain an ounce a day. He gained 21 ounces in 13 days. :-) He's getting so long too. He has my nose, but other than that he looks like his daddy.
Tonight is Homecoming at the school and I was really looking forward to going. I wanted to take Bryan with me so I could show him to my teachers. Unfortunately, it's been raining all day and the thermometer outside says it's less than 60 degrees. I knew this would happen. I told everyone I would come too and several of my friends were looking forward to seeing the baby for the first time. Either I'm going to have to find someone to watch him for a couple hours or I'll have to stay home. Ideally, I would be able to get Tom to just stay up a couple hours with him. But he has to work tonight so I don't know if he'll go for that. I've already pumped 6 oz of milk for tonight too. *sigh*
Tom's nephew turns 2 years old today. His party is tomorrow afternoon. We got him The Little Rascals on dvd and a Spongebob card that has stickers on the inside. After we get home from the party my uncle might come over to see Bryan for the first time.
As for my last entry - I started to write a longer entry, but then I got interrupted by a hungry little someone. So I left it up on the screen and never got back to it. One of my siblings must have been kind enough to just post what I had rather than closing it. I was surprised.
Tom took me shopping yesterday. We left the baby with his mom for a couple hours. Which was really hard and a little weird. Anyway, I got two pairs of jeans and some sneakers. Before I got pregnant I was wearing size 10s and 12s. Now I wear a size 16. Ech. You really can't tell much of a difference tho. It's still depressing. My feet went up a half size too. I wanted to wear my jeans to the game tonight {that's if I go}, but the idiots put real glue on their stickers. I took the stickers off the jeans and the glue was left behind. So they're in the washer now with the rest of my laundry, but I don't even know if they'll be done before I'd have to leave anyway. Not to mention that they shouldn't be dried in the dryer at all. :-p
I think that's it. I'm caught up on everybody except for Jenn. I promise I'll get to you when I can tho! Just wanted to let you all know I'm still here and alive and my little guy is doing great.
